Your best brows

Your best brows (win this set of Sourcils) Since 1991, Dior’s Sourcils Poudre has been an insider secret of beauty editors. The professional pencils, which combine the definition of a wax with the finish of a powder, make grooming and defining brows simple and quick.

“Sourcils Poudre is the accessory no woman can do without for a beautifully defined brow arch,” says Dior’s Peter Philips. “With its two new ash shades and a texture that blends seamlessly with the skin, it fills in any sparse areas and sculpts the brow to a denser shape, which is essential to facial harmony.”

This month, Dior introduces two new ash shades, more suited to blonde or light brown tones. Fill in sparse brows with the pencil end and groom with the brush on the other. It even comes with a Dior sharpener.

I gave away this set of Dior brow pencils to one lucky reader who commented below. Big congrats to Leslie F from the U.S. I drew her name from all those who commented below.

less is more! Don’t overdo the plucking, just shape and remove the stragglers! Drawing on your eye brows is not a good look!

Dab some castor oil on brows at night to encourage hair growth – and resist the urge to tweeze! Your brows are sisters, not twins 🙂 @Narawen64

Stay true to the overall shape of your natural brows. Clean them up, fill in sparse areas, but don’t try to change completely!

Don’t overpluck, moisturise the area regularly and don’t use shapes that do not suit your face – similarly, avoid colours that are not best suited to you.

Tip for brows – I use dark brown, not black, for a more natural look, then brush to blend

Hello, for my brows what seems to work quite well is a brow pen a little bit lighter than my natural shade (they are quite dark) and a coloured brow gel. I’m still looking for the right duo. Thank you.

Figure out the best brow shape to frame your face and go from there.

Also, don’t follow fads!! There’s a brow look going around on YouTube (and other social media) that I don’t think women realize is a look that transsexual males use and it looks ridiculous as an every day look on women.

Taupe is a great shade for people like me who have blonde/brown eyebrows and have a tough time choosing a shade because you can make it as light or dramatic as you want☺
