When heat and humidity levels rise, there are some simple tips and tricks you can use to feel cooler and fresher. I shared some of my favourite tips and products on CHCH Morning Live with Annette! Always great fun.

    Obsessed with the Origins Mega Mushroom Soothing Treatment Lotion!🍄💚 my skin is prone to irritation and breakouts and this has calmed it down sooo much
