When heat and humidity levels rise, there are some simple tips and tricks you can use to feel cooler and fresher. I shared some of my favourite tips and products on CHCH Morning Live with Annette! Always great fun.

    I love spicy gourmands but put them away when it gets hot and switch to lighter citrus fragrances. I’m going to try putting them in the fridge!
