Before I put on my foundation, I apply a little bit of cream blush to the apples of my cheek bones. Then I apply foundation and makeup as usual. December 29, 2022 at 3:33 pmOh , forgot a big one I wish someone told me 35 years ago … treat your eye area extremely kindly. Don’t pull, tug, wipe , basically don’t create any friction at all. Use the kindest make up removal method you can think of and baby that delicate skin around the eyes and don’t forget to do the same with your neck and décolletage.

Avoid contamination, use sanitizing spray and wipes (like Canadian company, BeautySoClean’s) on makeup EVERY TIME it’s used; use a good, instant-drying brush cleaning spray after using brushes, and give brushes a good shampoo every 7-10 days!

after washing and cleansing your face keep it moist , it helps wirh the absorption of your next step .
When working with a facial balm , warm it up a little in your hand before pressing it into your skin .
