December 29, 2022 at 11:59 amI know everyone says this, but wearing a good, sunscreen with a high spf, is the best thing you can do. Wear it everyday, even on cloudy or rainy days. you can get damage on one side of your face driving, on the window side. wear big sunglasses and a hat when out in the yard or walking as well. make up with spf is not enough.
