When it comes to lipstick shades, there are always a handful of shades that become instant sensations around the world. I remember when MAC’s Russian Red debuted and every celebrity had to have it. You’d see that shade worn at every nightclub. Madonna used to wear it early in her career.

 

I thought it would be fun to countdown MAC’s top 20 lipstick shades this week. Can you guess which colour is the most popular? There might be a couple hues that surprise you! I was a little surprised how little pink showed up in this list. Pink is universally the top seller in terms of lip colour. But MAC caters to a slightly edgier customer so some of these nudes make perfect sense.
