When you consider the luxe brand, Tarte, and look at all the magnificent colors, it is even more desirable! It is not just a cute design, but it is also super functional! And all these shades and textures are my every day colors, so I’d use this entire palette, quickly, too! I’ve been drooling over this Sugar Rush Surf Babe Eye & Cheek Palette since I first saw it on one of your pages, and I still dream of it today! Yes, i’ve been needing a vacation for over a year now.
