Moschino Fragrance Valentine’s Giveaway for her and him
In celebration of Valentine’s Day, I’m giving away the cutest fragrance bottles I could find: Moschino Toy2 & Toy Boy! These lacquered teddy bear bottles are a favourite design motif from the famed Italian fashion brand. Franco Moschino used to use these bears in many of his ready-to-wear collections during Milan Fashion Week. Jeremy Scott, the current Creative Director and designer has kept the traditional alive. The good news is that the fragrances inside these adorable bears are very good quality.
Moschino Toy Boy is a warm woody-spicy-ambery fragrance for him or her. I recently showed it on Cityline and host Tracy smelled it. She said it was a scent she would wear. That’s because perfumer Yann Vansier skillfully blended rose, magnolia and bergamot with Indonesian nutmeg, green of pear tree, pink berries, vetiver, flax flowers, clove buds and ambermax notes. His creation is quietly sexy and confident. It’s very well done.
If you prefer a fresh, citrus-floral scent that is light and breezy, Moschino Toy2 is for you. Perfumer sAlberto Morillas and Fabrice Pellegrin combined notes of mandarin orange, apple, magnolia, peony, white currant, jasmine, sandalwood, amberwood and musk to beautiful effect. You’ll often find that fragrances today are created by two perfumers. That is because most specialize in certain notes or ingredients. By using two or three perfumers, you get the best of all talent.
Moschino is a buzz-worthy Italian fashion brand that is known for its over-the-top fashion shows and sexy silhouettes. My favourite was fall 2019 when Scott transformed his runway into the Price is Right set complete with games and “Barker’s Beauties”. Very humorous and fun.
I gave away this special Moschino Toy Fragrance set on my blog. It contains a Toy Boy 100 ml eau de parfum, a 100 ml Toy2 eau de parfum, and a pair of cute collector minis.
Big congrats to Julia H. We drew her name from all entries.
Moschino Toy Boy and Toy2 are available in Canada at select Shoppers Drug Mart Beauty Boutiques and shoppersdrugmart.ca

February 5, 2020 at 9:08 amMe and my wife don’t get to spend too much time together since we work opposite shifts. So a couple of years ago we took two days together and stayed at a hotel. Partied it up with some champagne and room service.

February 5, 2020 at 9:03 amMy husband is not a cook. Doesn’t really like being in the kitchen. But on Valentine’s Day we cook some decadent together and enjoy a great dinner at home. Nothing better.

February 5, 2020 at 8:17 amMy husband isn’t very romantic, lol, but it doesn’t bother me. In 2018 he asked my OB if we could hold off the sonogram til Valentine’s Day to find out the gender. @smurfeeluv
