One of the most exciting moments in the world of perfumery this past year was a study of Gen Z consumers that revealed they consider fragrance an ‘essential product in their lives. They wear scent at least three times per week to boost their moods. A whole new generation of consumer has discovered the joy and thrill of truly great fragrances. Researchers believe the pandemic helped fuel this newfound passion when we were forced to stay at home for months. Both men and women had the time to try different eau de parfums. The goal is ‘less thinking, more feeling’ when smelling a scent. And give it a full 20 minutes on your skin to interact with your unique skin chemistry before making a final decision on whether you like it or not.
