December 30, 2022 at 7:13 amCleanse throughly, use both a day and nighttime moisturizer, wear a good sunscreen daily and do a weekly mask best suited to your skin as a basic daily and weekly routine. For mature skin change up moisturizer as necessary. There are also some very wonderful products out there to help against aging skin. Quit smoking, limit alcohol intake and don’t overdo taking in the sun.
