If your hair is super thirsty and needs some major moisture TLC, use a leave in conditioner BEFORE you shampoo and condition your hair. I love Biolage’s Coconut Oil Multi-Benefit Leave in Spray. I spray it all over my head and let it soak into my hair. I do it while I dry scrub my legs, and I have about 3 miles of legs, so it can take awhile. Then I shampoo and condition like I normally do. I’ll add a Nexxus hair mask if my hair really needs it. You’ll be amazed at how soft, shiny, and just healthy hair looks afterwards. Thanks Dave! xoxoJJ

I do not use hot water or soap for my face as this is drying.. Because I am menopausal, I make sure I drink plenty of water during the day to rehydrate the skin on my face,
