Experiencing a Chopard fragrance is similar to dining at a Michelin star restaurant. The quality of ingredients, artistry and skill that goes into each scent is similar to the approach of a world-class chef. Cost of ingredients and budget is no issue when finding and buying the finest ingredients is the number one goal. And I’ve always said that you can smell really good quality ingredients in a perfume. Master perfumer Nathalie Lorson blended each of the following fragrances for her and him. And she demonstrates why she is one of the best perfumers in the world. You’ll notice she has a very light hand when pairing notes and ingredients. She has the ability to balance ingredients perfectly. Here are four Chopard fragrances worth trying:

chopard vanille de madagascar fragrance
chopard vanille de madagascar fragrance

Perfumer: Nathalie Lorson

Collection: “The Gardens of the Tropics” High-Perfumery Collection

Concentration: eau de parfum

Top notes: bergamot, tea, orange blossom

Mid notes: Madagascar vanilla, caramel

“At the heart of this fragrance the purest vanilla from Madagascar evokes notes of chocolate, bourbon and caramel, producing a hypnotic sensation.” – Master Perfumer Nathalie Lorson.

chopard vetiver d’Haiti au the vert

Chopard Vetiver de Haiti au the vert

Collection: “The Gardens of the Tropics” High-Perfumery Collection

Concentration: eau de parfum

Top notes: green tea, amber

Mid notes: Haitian vetiver, cedar

Base notes: woods, musk

The most fragrant part of the vetiver plant isn’t the leaves or bloom, it’s an oil extracted from the roots of the Indian grass. Health practitioners have used vetiver for centuries as an antioxidant, to boost scar healing and to help calm the mind. The very best vetiver is earthy, exotic and woodsy in character. A hint of citrusiness balances the earthy scent perfectly.

Orange blossom notes in perfumery are fragrance distillations of bitter-orange flowers. This variety of orange is too sour to be eaten. But its bitterness makes it more aromatic than other orange varieties and ideal for fragrances.

I think the first one with the vanilla. I don’t speak or write in French as you can tell lol. I like that they made these fragrances unisex. I would probably layer it with something feminine for my own scent.

Wow! You have really made me SO curious about this brand! It truly is made for royalty! But if you can’t be royalty, one can at least wear the same perfume as one! I’d try any and ALL of these beauties, but the one I’d so love to try the MOST is by far the Chopard Vanille de Madagascar! Every note in it is one that I love, and gourmand scents are my absolute favorite types of fragrances! The 3-2-1 formula you talked about perfumers using for fragrances seems to be a melody in this perfume! I SO want to try this brand, and winning any of these Chopard perfumes would be a fantasy come true! Thanks, Dave, for once again turning me onto an extremely eloquent brand! xoxoJJ
