Prada Candy Kisses: Prada is unveiling a fascinating collaboration next month that brings a new artistic twist to the Prada Candy franchise. Miuccia Prada has enlisted the help of graphic artist Vahram Muratyan, author of ‘Paris versus New York’ to give the packaging a dose of visual wit. He reimagines the Candy bottle by playing with scale – shrinking the bottles and packaging to a 20 ml bite-sized proportion.
He creates pop-art illustrations in bright hues in the form of Candy bottles, pink lips and a sketch of Lea Seydoux.
Prada Candy Eau de Parfum, Prada Candy L’Eau and Prada Candy Florale each get their own artistic treatment with differing painted lips.
The fragrances remain the same – only the packaging changes. Prada Candy is an indulgent sophisticated edible. Prada Candy L’Eau is an optimistic and elegant floral-Oriental. And Prada Candy Florale is soft and airy boasting white floral notes and warm powdery ingredients. All fragrances were blended by perfumer Daniela Andrier under the artistic direction of Miuccia Prada.
The interlocking lips illustration is reminiscent of Andy Warhol prints. It adds a hint of whimsy to the project. It’s light-hearted and fun – exactly the spirit of Prada Candy.

I gave away this trio to one lucky reader who commented below. Congrats to Gil Segev! We drew his name at random.
