Marc Jacobs unveils new Daisy Skies Limited Edition Fragrances for 2022!
Each January, New York fashion designer Marc Jacobs launches a trio of Daisy fragrances with a unique twist and theme. The prolific artist re-imagines the award-winning fragrances for her incorporating new colours, ingredients and moods. They have become hotly anticipated globally and bestsellers worldwide.
Daisy Marc Jacobs Skies 2022 Editions
The prolific artist has taken inspiration from blue skies for 2022. It comes after 18 months of lockdowns from the global pandemic and appreciating the freedom and beauty of nature has taken on new meaning for Jacobs. “The Daisy Skies Collection” captures that moment of calm and its intimate and serene effect on our spirit,” states the press file.
To capture this calm spirit, Marc enlisted the help of Master Perfumer Alberto Morillas who worked to re-create the mood of a spring day spent in the soothing breeze under open skies. He was particularly interested in capturing how wind moves and ripples with life – almost like flowing water.
There are three fragrances in the Daisy Marc Jacobs Skies Collection: Daisy Skies Eau de Toilette, Daisy Love Eau de Toilette and Daisy Skies Eau So Fresh Eau de Toilette. Each are new scents.
Daisy Skies Eau de Toilette
This fresh floral scent for her blends notes of mineral accord, lotus flower and sandalwood. The added aquatic notes add a serenity to the fragrance. It’s light and fresh.
Daisy Skies Eau So Fresh Eau de Toilette
This fruity-floral scent for her combines notes of tea, gooseberry, grapefruit, soothing chamomile, broom, violet, cedar, musk and tea tree oil. It’s a nice balance of uplifting citrus and calming tea notes with a little musk.
Daisy Love Skies Eau de Toilette
This soft floral scent for her features notes of raspberry, salt, cloudberry, whipped cream, ambrette, daisy, moss, amber and white woods. The whipped cream note adds a rich creamy effect that is nicely balanced with the daisy.
The packaging
In keeping with the blue skies theme, this year’s bottles are tinted a soft blue and accented with yellow flowers on the cap. The effect is calming and soothing.

Out of these 3 picks, I think I’d like the Daisy Love one best. The notes sounds really nice and make for a fantastic fragrance, I bet! Love that he used his lockdown experience for the good!
