Of all the beauty collaborations of 2022, Pat McGrath is leading the way with her regal and gorgeous partnership with Netflix’s Bridgerton. The celebrity makeup artist not only designed a limited edition colour collection to celebrate the second season of the hit drama, but the show’s makeup artist Erika Okvist actually used the Pat McGrath makeup on the cast during shooting. You can literally wear the same makeup as Lady Whistledown, Edwina Sharma and Lady Danbury. The colours and finishes were carefully selected to flatter all skin tones – a choice clearly evident in the show that celebrates diversity.

One of the star products is the Bridgerton MTHRSHP: Diamond of the First Water Eyeshadow Palette that boasts a queen’s ransom of six ultra-regal colours: luminous pink satin-matte, velvety plum taupe-matte, iridescent blue astral, platinum rose metallic, brilliant berry satin-matte and an opalescent champagne highlighter. The texture of these shadows is particularly luxurious – something McGrath has been working to perfect for years. Even the packaging reflects the royal theme with pearls, bows and roses.
