Bobbi’s Warm Tawny Telluride Collection debuts

While most summer colour collections take inspiration from the Mediterranean or California beaches, Bobbi Brown is heading to the Colorado Mountains. Telluride is her destination and she’s looking for a warm, tawny glow inspired by the late afternoon sun. In fact, Bobbi is so taken by this light, every production in this limited edition collection is designed to deliver this specific glow. Luminous shades of tawny nude, rose gold, and pink bronzes look perfect in the heart of summer, yet also work through the transition to fall.

 “This collection gives a warm, tawny glow that’s subtle and pretty,” says Bobbi. The star product in the line is the Telluride Eye Palette featuring seven sunset-inspired earthy hues. These include: cream, woodrose, velvet plum metallic, blazing star sparkle, heather rose shimmer wash, antique rose and smoky brown.

“This palette is a fresh take on a neutral eye – a major makeup trend from Fall 2015 New York Fashion Week,” continues Bobbi. The palette includes a sleek Dual-Ended Shadow/Eyeliner Brush for on-the-go application.

One of Brown’s all-time favourite products is her Pot Rouge for Lips & Cheeks. It’s a multi-tasking cream blush that now comes in two never-before-seen hues: Telluride, a warm mauve, and Maui, a pink coral. Both leave a dewy finish that is perfect for summer. Fresh melon, a fan favourite, rounds out the trio.

Of course, no Bobbi Brown collection is complete without a shimmer brick and this line boasts a version in Sunset Pink.

It’s an instant pick-me-up shade that warms the complexion. Superfine pure pearl pigments reflect light creating an all-over sun-touched look. It complements all skin tones.

Achieving the perfect lip look have never been easier thanks to three lip trios. Each features a Sheer Lip Colour, a Lip Pencil and a Lip Gloss in complementary, hand-selected shades. There is the Twilight Glow Lip Trio in warm brown shades; Pink Dusk Trio in warm nude pinks; and Sunset Pink Trio in brighter pinks.

The Telluride Collection arrives on in July at Bobbi Brown counters including Hudson’s Bay store locations in Toronto at Queen Street & Yorkdale; in Richmond Hill at Hillcrest Mall; in Calgary at Southgate Mall; in Winnipeg at Polo Park; and in Montreal at the Downtown flagship store.
