Pro makeup artist Nina Westbury was one of the most respected and in-demand makeup artists and teachers in London. In fact, she developed the curriculum for one of the city’s top makeup schools. She is one of the few makeup artists personally trained by Laura Mercier. Beauty the guide invited Westbury to create a Beginner’s Guide to makeup application. She reports from Victoria BC where she now lives.
