Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair with Pink Ribbon Keychain

 

This month, the Estee Lauder Companies’ Breast Cancer Campaign will mark its 25^th anniversary. The Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF) was founded by Evelyn H. Lauder in 1993 to prevent and cure breast cancer by advancing the world’s most promising research. I had the honour of speaking with her years ago when she came to promote Breast Cancer Awareness Month. I was immediately struck by her passion and sincerity. Both she and Elizabeth Hurley spoke about their genuine passion for the charity and the need to find a cure for breast cancer. Evelyn sadly passed away from cancer but her legacy lives on. This is one of my favourite charities and I’m thrilled to see the Estee Lauder brand offering special Pink Ribbon products in October that raises funds for research. Purchase this pink edition of Advanced Night Repair and the company will donate 20% of the suggested retail price to the BCRF.

 

Daisy Marc Jacobs Deluxe Anniversary Edition

 

New York Fashion Designer Marc Jacobs is celebrating the 10^th anniversary of his Daisy fragrance with a show-stopping bottle for collectors. The sparkling, woody-floral scent with notes of strawberry, violet leaf, spicy pink grapefruit, gardenia, violet, jasmine, white woods and vanilla remains the same. But the daisies that adorn the top of the bottle are covered in hundreds of Swarovski crystals. There will only be a handful available due to the craftsmanship and detail needed to make each one. It will retail for $450 and will arrive mid-month. It’s beautiful.

Clinique Pop Lip Shadow

Clinique’s Research and Development team took inspiration from this insider technique and created a creamy pigment lip colour that glides onto lips and then transforms into a weightless, powdery finish. The anti-bacterial sponge tip applicator allows you to build the intensity – from subtle to dramatic. Even better, the formula is flexible so it doesn’t crack. It is available in 8 fashionable shades.

 

To apply, you untwist the applicator and sweep directly onto lips or over lip balm for optimum comfort. Replace the applicator and twist to close. It will instantly load more colour onto the sponge.

 

Tiffany & Co Eau de Parfum

 

If early sales are any indication, the Tiffany and Co signature eau de parfum debuting this month will be on of the year’s top scents. I really like it as it is soft and clean. It is subtle and fresh – the opposite of the sweet gourmands we’ve seen of late. Perfumer Daniela Andrier of Givaudan blended green mandarin, orris natural fraction (iris), patchouli and musk cocktail to beautiful effect.
